After years of leading teams across the hair, retail and service industries, I kept hitting the same wall: brilliant people, willing to give their best, slowed down by tools that were never built for the rhythm of a real workday.
I started gellibn so growing salon businesses could lead with clarity, build connection without admin overhead, and grow their people with confidence – without trading the warmth that makes a workplace worth showing up for.
My goal is simple: help salon owners lead their teams with confidence, and create workplaces people never want to leave and everyone wants to join.
