As the Founder of gellibn®, and having managed various businesses and teams across various industries, I know what it’s like to juggle the demands of business ownership, and to strive for a thriving work environment and a fully engaged, motivated and productive team.
You're generally working long hours, not only taking care of the day-to-day operations but also ensuring staff’s performance meets and exceeds expectations. At times, the demands that come with running a business and the people within it can become overwhelming and leave you feeling frustrated and isolated. This is why I created gellibn.
I understand the challenges and joys that come with running your own business, especially when it involves managing a team. This understanding led me to a singular mission: to empower business owners who invest their hearts and souls into their ventures by providing a simple solution for business owners and team leaders, equipping them to lead their teams with confidence, value their contributions, and ultimately, create a thriving environment destined for success.
I created gellibn because I believe there should be an easier, more logical and enjoyable way to manage staff performance for small business.
