If you’ve provided a team member feedback on an area that they need to improve on gellibn and you want to update the rating, you can easily update and resolve feedback for your team members to show them you have noticed their efforts.

Here’s how:

1. Click and open the feedback

2. Click “Update.”

3. Select the new rating color (e.g., Green for “You’re doing great” - yellow for “you’re getting there”).

- Then click update

If you would like to resolve the feedback.

1. Click “Resolve.”

Your staff member will be instantly notified and can send a reaction emoji to celebrate their achievement! This process highlights progress, encourages continuous improvement, and boosts team morale. 🚀💪
